ANNIE GET YOUR GUN - 1997
The story is about a girl, Annie Oakley, who gets her big break into show business with her rifle markmanship. She joins Colonel Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show to be with Frank Butler, the man she fell in love with and the star of the Wild West Show.
After some time, a falling out takes place, causing Frank to leave Annie and the Wild West Show to join the rival show. Later on, though, both shows are in need of money. They mutually agree to merge the shows, and Annie and Frank decide to get married. Based on the true story of Annie Oakley.
Music and Lyrics by Irving Berlin
Book by Herbert & Dorothy Fields
